Refunds

If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reasonable reason, email kevin@sparetoken.ai within 14 days of buying, with the email address you used and your order reference. We'll refund you in full to the original payment method. You don't need to give a reason.

After 14 days, we'll still look at any request where something went wrong, such as an extra that never arrived or a download that doesn't work.

Refunds usually reach you within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. When a purchase is refunded, its download link stops working and any public listing is removed.

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. It's faster for you, and a dispute costs Kevin more than the book does.
