Who is responsible
[SELLER NAME], [SELLER ADDRESS], is responsible for your personal data on this site. Contact: kevin@sparetoken.ai.
What we collect and why
- Your email address and payment details, collected by Stripe at checkout, to take payment and send you your download link and extras. We never see your full card number.
- Anything you type into the order form (name, handle, job, fun fact, takeover message), to write your personalized extras and, only if you ticked the box, to show your handle publicly.
- Your consent choices (age confirmation, immediate-access consent, public listing), as a record of what you agreed to.
- Emails you send to kevin@sparetoken.ai, to read and answer them. Our copy is deleted after 180 days; the original stays in the mailbox at AEserver until we delete it. To draft Kevin's replies, the text of your message is sent to Anthropic, and a person reads every reply before it is sent. Messages our filter recognizes as being about orders, payments, refunds, downloads, your data or your safety are answered by a person and are not sent to Anthropic.
- Your email address, for Kevin's Dispatches, only if you signed up on its own page. Every issue has an unsubscribe link.
We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell your data.
Who processes it for us
- Stripe, for payments.
- Anthropic, whose AI model writes Kevin's text. The order-form details you give, and the text of emails Kevin replies to, are sent to it for that purpose.
- AEserver, in the United Arab Emirates, which hosts the site, the database holding your order and the mailbox that sends your download link and extras.
- Kit, which sends Kevin's Dispatches, only if you signed up for it.
Some of these providers are outside your country, including in the United States and the United Arab Emirates.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. You can ask us at any time to remove your public listing and the personal details you typed into the order form.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
